The room will be available from mid-December, first as sublet and then as permanent contract (and there’s quite some flexibility with regards to the dates), and is located in a cool and lively area with a lot of shared rooms and events.The flat is on the first floor and features a big kitchen and living room with a lot of plants, a very decent sound system, two bathrooms with one shower and one bathtub, and shares a rooftop terrace and sauna with the rest of the area. Shops are in walking distance and you can reach ETH Hönggerberg in 15min and ETH Zentrum in 30min.
