Sonstiges	Entry is possible as soon as possible, and end of sublet can be slightly flexible but around the end of june-beginning of july. We are a small cozy WOKO house with 5 tenants: Angel, a bioinformatics PhD student; Adrià, a robotics master student; Clara, a physics master student; Lanze, an informatics bachelor student, and me, a biochemist, temporarily leaving Zürich until I start my PhD in July. We communicate both in English and Spanish, and enjoy some spontaneous plans such as cooking together, bouldering, playing music or hiking. We also hope to enjoy the garden soon with some bbqs :D The picture of the room was taken before I brought the bed, lamps and table. We can agree on a visit to show you around.
