Hello! I am moving into a friends' WG in mid-June. Because my contract with WOKO runs until July, I'm looking for someone to take over my room beforehand. It's a large room that comes furnished with a bed, desk, closet and a sink. The kitchen, toilets and bathrooms are shared. There's a small mall (Neuwiesen) including a large Migros and a couple smaller shops like a bubble tea place around 7 minutes from the building. Getting to Winterthur main station takes around 10 minutes by foot.
Internet, electricity, heat and water are included in the rent. The rent of the initial time until my contract runs out is negotiable - I just really don't want to pay two months' worth of rent for a room I don't even use. ??
