The room is very bright and has a built-in closet and a view of Lake Zürich.
The house has a shared kitchen, bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a huge cellar w/ room for bikes, a washing machine/dryer, and a terrace. There is a bustop next to the house and the train station, supermarket and ZHAW grüental campus are in walking distance.
My contract ends at the end of January, so you can decide if you would like to take over the room completely after the sublet
The monthly rent is 480 CHF, but there is also a monthly fee of 10 CHF which must be paid to the WG treasurer (one of your future housemates) before the end of each month (total: 490 CHF/month).
It’s best if you know German/Swiss German, because most of the housemates speak to each other in German.
