Hello, we are looking for a subtenant for our shared flat in the WOKO Binz apartment complex in Wiedikon. We are 5 people total, 3 males and 2 females, all students at ETH/UZH. One of us is moving out temporarily, so we are looking for a female student to take over her room, with the possibility of extending the lease to a long-term contract.

- Transport: Trams 5,13,17 from Zurich Laubegg (3min walk), S-Bahn S10 and S4 from Zurich Binz (2min) and Zurich Giesshübel (6min) (only 4min travel to Zurich HB), Busses 76 and 72.
ETH/UZH center is 20-25min away.
- Surrounding area: 3min to Migros, Denner, Lidl, Coop. Close to Sihlcity, nice parks and outdoor areas and near the foot of Uetliberg.
- Requirements: if you want to transition to a long term contract: student/PhD student at UZH/ETH (WOKO requirements).
Female only as we want want to keep up the gender balance. Keep the room clean and tidy :) |
