1. This room has all the basic furniture needed and a private bath room with shower, toilet and sink in it. Pictures are available only by request.
2. The window is towards the street. It could be a bit loud when the window is open.
3. I will leave on the early morning of 10.01 and come back on 28.02. So it would be ideal to have someone to move in from 10.01 onwards and out on 27.02 the latest. Applicants who fit the schedule better are preferred.
4. During the stay, my personal items should be respected and the room should be well maintained.
5. There is a cleaning schedule for the shared kitchen. The subtenant will take over my place in that. |
