I am going back to China for holiday so I sublet this room. There is a very high possibility of extension. This room is equipped with your own bathroom with a toilet. But you have to share the kitchen with the other 11 people. Since I am a doctoral student, I have to pay an extra 100 chf each month. So the actual monthly rent is 549. The rent will be calculated based on the days you stay, the rent is 18.3 CHF per day. I will prioritize those who can rent longer. |
