Hello everyone, I wish to sublet my fully furnished WOKO doctoral studio(1 person only) for a period of 1 month and 12 days(20th December 2024 to 31st January 2025). The size is around 20m2 I believe(exact size in m2 is not known). You can find the photos on the WOKO website. This is a doctoral studio with a private kitchen, private bathroom and a bedroom.
Services included in the rent: Heating, electricity, sewage/water, facility maintenance, internet, radio/TV fee, cleaning of common area. Objects included: Bed with mattress and bed linen, Kitchen utensils, two tables(1 small and 1 big, with 2 chairs), 1 closet and 1 book shelf with racks and 1 study lamp. Rent description: From noon December 20th till 31st December 2024- CHF 414, and 31st December 2024 to 31st January 2025 noon- CHF 1070. Totally, the rent for the given sublet period is CHF 1484.
