The flat is about a 10-minute walk from the train station and it is also only a 15-20-minute walk to each of the university buildings. There is a large common room with a sofa and a spacious kitchen. On one side you have a view of vineyards and on the other side you can even see a bit of the lake. :) Supermarkets are nearby and the lake is only a 5-minute walk away for nice walks. There are three other people living in the flat.
It is possible to rent the room
1) as a sublet from 01.07.2023 until 31.07.2023 or
2) as a follow-up tenant, starting from 01.08.2023 (plus the 1 month as sub-tenant from 01.07.2023-31.07.2023). Depending on what is suitable for you, different contracts will be agreed with the WOKO.
