I am looking to swap my room with someone who lives near the UZH Irchel campus (11, Winterthurerstrasse 190, 8057 Zürich). I’m unable to rent from Juwo, but I’m open to options like wfss and other sources. The room is new and includes free Wi-Fi and elevator access. The rent covers water and electricity. Additionally, there’s an underground storage area. The room is furnished with items purchased by me and the previous tenant. You'd be sharing the flat with four other roommates, and there are two shared bathrooms and one kitchen.
