I would like to swap my room for one in Zurich or a less expensive one (no more than CHF650) in Winterthur. Since I spend the most of my daytime in Zurich, I am not fully utilizing the big room I am living in.
The room is approximately 4m x 5.5m measured by hand. The floor is shared by 13 students from many different countries. It has a spacious shared kitchen and living room, and free laundry including a tumble dryer. The big balcony is shared among the whole building. The room is big enough if you want to invite a few friends.
ZHAW Campus Stadt-Mitte, Winterthur HB, Lokwerk shopping centre, Neuwiesen shopping centre, and a Migros teo (opens 24/7) are all within 7 minute walk.
It is possible to reach a sublet agreement for December and January, if you would like to move in earlier. Please get in touch if you are interested. |
