We are a 4-person shared flat looking for a subtenant for three months. We are a mix of people from different backgrounds who love to chat and cook dinner together sometimes. We value cleanliness, tidyness, respect the night quiet times and are careful to look after things we share in the flat (TV, balcony, record player, food storage etc.).
The fully furnished room is 13 sq metres in a modern student building, it has large windows with plenty of sunlight, curtains and blinds, WiFi and Ethernet connectivity. There is a Spar grocery store close by, and Migros, Coop and two Aldi stores are reachable by public transit within 15 minutes. The area also has a nice forest with hiking routes and a running track (Finnenbahn), creek, bicycle repair workshop.
The basement will be quite full, but if you need space let us know. |
