Sonstiges	Comfortable studio apartment 10 min away by foot up to Hoenggerberg campus, or 10min down to the river, 20 min from center with public transportation. It is fully furnised by woko (and additional furniture that I bought) and decorated, with all the items necessary to everydday tasks. It has a small balcony with view on the garden of the property to enjoy some rest time. I would greatly appreciate someone that can take care of my plants while I am away. I am to be away for the months of october and november for sure, and maybe will prolounge the sublet over december and until mid-january. For casualties coverage, I will ask for half a month rent (425-) deposit. You must also fulfill the woko rental conditions. I am available for visits this week if you are already in Zürich.
