The flat is fully furnished (inventory as seen in video).
Conditions 1)-2) have to be fulfilled for your application to be considered Required by WOKO):
1) Fulfil the renting conditions as published on the WOKO website: You need a valid enrolment confirmation.
2) Fill out subtenant contract found on WOKO homepage with my provided data given the ‘WOKO Mieter-Nr: 12345’ (01.11.2025-31.01.2026). You can find it here: https://formulare.woko.ch/. Please select: 'Untermiete anmelden'.
- NOTE: If you fill out the document in advance it facillitates the process very much for both me and you. (Required by WOKO anyway)
Future requirements:
- A deposit paid to me of CHF 1’570 for the duration of the subletting. (returned in full after subletting, if no defects)
- Possibility to rent the flat as main tenant after subletting from February onwards. The minimal renting duration is 6 months. |
