Looking for a subtenant for a 15sqm bright and well-maintained room in a 2-person WG located in a WOKO property. The sublet is available for 3 months, with a possible option to transition into a permanent tenant afterward.
The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and sofa. These must be taken over at a reasonable price only if you decide to stay as a permanent tenant. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living area with your future flatmate, a 23-year-old male master's student at UZH.
About the flatmate: Friendly, sociable, and organized. While not too loud, I do enjoy chatting and hanging out. We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and respectful of boundaries.
