Sublet my room in a shared flat for the period 01.02.25 - 30.04.25 (move in/out also flexible by arrangement). The room is furnished (bed/wardrobe/desk) and the shared flat is equipped.
You will live with three roommates who share two bathrooms. It is usually quiet and people are polite to each other.
The shared flat is located
- 10 min walk from the train station (Zurich approx. 30 min)
- 15 min walk to the ZHAW
- 5 min walk to the supermarket
Rental conditions of WOKO must be fulfilled (be a student)
