I am looking for somebody interested in renting my room during the next semester. The sublet period would be from the begining of september to 29.01.26 with maybe a possibility of takeover.
The room belongs to a WOKO building, therefore the sublet needs to fulfil the WOKO criteria.
The size of the room is 15m² with a built-in closet offering plenty of space for all of your stuff. Single bed, desk and small shelf included. The apartment is located inside a big student flat with a party room, a bike room and a music room. It is located near 2 bus stops, a few supermarkets and a beautiful lake!
A deposit of CHF 1100 will be required. |
