We are looking for a new tenant starting March 1st for a room located at Bächlerstrasse 44, 4th floor. The flat has 11 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 3 restrooms, and a big kitchen together with two living room areas with couches and a TV. The room is ideally located next to Zehntenhausplatz bus stop. 10 min walk to the Zürich-Affoltern train station. We are looking for an outgoing new tenant who fulfills WOKO criteria and who is clean and respects each other privacy. We are having flat dinners, movie nights, or game nights from time to time and the flat has a very comfortable atmosphere that we wish to keep.
