Gesucht: Nachmieter:in für mein Zimmers ab dem 1. Juli 2025. Das Zimmer ist Nahe vom Bahnhof, Wald, Bus und Läden. Du musst das Zimmer mit eigener Küche und Badezimmer mit niemandem teilen. So bist du sehr unabhängig. Einige Möbel der Wohnung gehören zur WOKO, andere sind zusätzlich von mir (z.B. Backofen, Stühle). Diese würde ich gerne in der Wohnung lassen und an dich weiterverkaufen (natürlich nicht Neupreis). Foto oder Besichtigung auf Anfrage möglich. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht. :)
I am looking for a new tenant for my room in Winterthur from July 1, 2025. The room is close to the train station, forest, bus and shops. You don't have to share the room (private kitchen and bathroom included) with anyone, so you are really independent. Some of the furniture in the apartment belongs to WOKO, others belong to me. I would like to leave them in the apartment and sell them on to you (not the original price, of course). I am looking forward to your message. :)
