Life in a shared flat demands tolerance and consideration of others. Information about your specific property is available on our website, in your house rules and your letting agreement. Every property has a house representative, who is there for your requests. In most properties there is also a caretaker. You and your flat mates are responsible to solve problems yourselves regarding cleanliness (see video) and living together. Twice a year there is a semester cleaning, which will be examined by WOKO. It is your duty to comply with the house rules and to pay your rent correctly and on time.
