Hello I would like to exchange my room for a place closer to Irchel campus. I can accept a price lower than 1200chf, also I have salary proof as a PhD student. The starting date is negotiable.
Please note that the current property DOES NOT have an age limit, but tenants must be students.
The advantages of this room: the rent is cheap, roommates are friendly and respect each other, and the environment is clean. Moreover, it is close to ETH HG (main campus). The building is new and has an elevator. It has basic furniture. It is only 3-min walking distance to Binz station.
