This sublet has a possibility to turn into a long-term contract. But I am not sure because I will have to move back if I couldn’t find a suitable place during this period.
This room has all the basic furnitures. The total rent is 650chf per month(I have to pay 100chf more as a Phd student even if I sublet it).And the whole period (45days) will cost 975chf. There are two toilets and one kitchen shared by 5 people. It is 4-min walk away from Binz station. It is also very close to Denner and many restaurants within a 5-min walk.
