I am looking to move out of my current room. I am looking for someone to take over the room for as long as they like, but the first 6 months need to be in the form of a sublet.
The room is spacious - around 20 sqm. It is equipped with a sink, a bed, a large wardrobe, a small cabinet, a large desk, a rack for clothes and all utilities including heating and internet. The room is bright and there is an elevator in the building.
The room is on the second floor, the kitchen, the showers and the toilets are shared. There is also a big shared terrace. There are 4 toilets on the floor as well as 4 showers. The kitchen is big, with two ovens, a microwave and a dishwasher. As a tenant you share a refrigerator with 2 other people on the floor. |
