I'm terminating my contract by the end of March and is looking for someone to sublet the room for the last 2 months (the notice period).
The room is fully furnished with a private bathroom. There is a common kitchen for sharing. It's in a great location: 2 minutes walk to bus 80, 3 minutes walk to tram 2, 10 minutes walk to Altstetten Bahnhof; 3 minutes walk to Denner, 4 minutes walk to Coop, 5 minutes walk to a two-floor Migros.
The subtenant needs to fulfil all my responsibilities of cleaning during the stay. And since my contract ends by the end the March, you need to take over all my furniture but for FREE :-) |
