This place is very close to Binz station with a 3-min walk. This room has two toilets shared by 5 people. I can only rent from Feb 4 to April 8. But there is a possibility of extending to May 4. I am not sure about this yet. If I find a place during that period and move out permanently you can have the room afterwards. But I am not sure about this, since the Zurich housing market is competitive.
The monthly rent is 650chf because woko added 100chf extra for PhD students. And the price stays the same even if I sublet this to someone who is not a PhD student. |
