Age limit	27 years. The duration of the letting agreement is limited until the month when the tenant reaches the age of 28 years (birthday date).
Conditions	1. Must be enrolled at the UZH, ETH or a University of Applied Science whose students are entitled to rent such property.

Other details	I am looking for someone to rent my room for July and August summer period (negotiable). It is a WOKO building, however during the summer period you dont need to fulfill the WOKO requirements. It is a very nice room with newly painted white walls and completely new wooden floor. The size of the room is 13 square meters and there is a spacious walk-in closet.The bathroom is shared with two other people, whereas the large kitchen is shared with the whole flat. Included in the student flat is also a locked bike room and a music room. The flat is located 3 mins walking distance from two bus stops with direct connections to Bucheggplatz (Zuerich City) and ETH Hönggerberg. For food shopoing, Coop and Lidl are very conveniently just around the corner. It is a very international community in the flat, with people coming from Germany, Romania and Switzerland. My room comes with a very nice and big balcony with chairs and a small table, perfect to spend the nice summer evenings, outside:)
