1. CLEANINESS. We struggle with cleaning, we need someone reliable who will always clean their mess BUT also doesn't mind doing a bit more than what they're supposed to.
2. FRIENDSHIP. We're bromigos here, and we're needy. If you are not going to spend time with us, we don't want you.
3. TOLERANCE AND RESPECT. This is not a hotel, we can be loud and we can be silly but we always try to be considerate with each other.
4. INITIATIVE. We have enough chill flatmates, we need some action. Can you make the flat life more interesting?
5. GENEROSITY. Bring us snacks and magnets from your trips and don't be afraid to cook for us once in a while.
